TGC visit to Andy McIndoe's garden

Andy and his wife, Ros' garden at Sandhill Farm  is around 2.5 acres in area, a sloping hillside on light, slightly acidic, sandy soil.  The planting is naturalistic with a large area of meadow and a wide variety of trees, shrubs and perennials.  They are particularly proud of their flowering dogwoods which are a wonderful sight in early summer. Andy is a very experienced grower and Chelsea Exhibitor and the visit is sure to be very informative.

The terrace features numerous pots and containers; there is a small gravel garden and two ponds.
